Equiqment
- Half a teaspoon of Baking Soba
- 5 teaspoons of Sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup
- Bunsen Burner
- Pot
- Baking paper
Instructions
- Wash your hands
- Get your equipment
- Add your sugar and golden syrup to your pot
- Set up your Bunsen Burner
- Use blue flame
- Melt then boil the sugar
- Turn off the gas
- Add the baking soda and mix
- Tip out the honeycomb on to the baking paper
- let it cool
- Clean up your equiqment
